We are getting a Sync error 114 where there is no display name or object type. All I have to go on is a GUID. The sync status is on-prem AD only. How do I go about finding the problem? I don't know the account for the GUID.

Thanks,
Jim

I found this post from a similar issue. It helped me fix the issue in the Sync Service Manager on prim.

MS got back to me, I opened the Synchronization Service Manager on the connecter PC and found the error and clicked on it – this showed the username and although that user was deleted from AD, it was still present on AAD, I hard deleted the user and the sync shows no errors, problem solved, thanks

The product group has been informed of this and the documentation has been updated. The error states the objectID so the object can be found and the display name should be on the pending export tab. The error states that Delete is not valid, so it is a deletion access violation documented here:

Also, if you open the Synchronization Service Manager on the connecter PC, find the error, and click on it, you should be able to find the user that way.

Let me know if this helps!
