    Where does it appear? Is it during Windows Setup (booting from a USB/recovery drive), during a Windows Update, or during a reset or reinstall from within Windows?

    Which Windows version you’re installing (10 or 11), and whether you’re doing a clean install, an upgrade, or a recovery.
