I want to migrate the OC2R workload from SCCM to Intune. Everything was straightforward but noticed an issue when going to test out a Visio install. It fails with an error that means you need to close out all of the open Office processes. In SCCM, there is an option through the wizard to shut down running applications. I have 2 solutions that MS might be able to do for Intune. 1. Add the SCCM option into the Intune wizard that defaults to No. You can add to the little warning hover that says users may lose data if this is set to Yes. 2. Allow Win32 dependencies for Microsoft 365 Apps. I think most admins would prefer option one but I can just package my command to terminate all the processes as a Win32 and add it as a dependency for the m365 app deployments. ![143595-thumbnail-img-1203.jpg][1] [1]: /api/attachments/143595-thumbnail-img-1203.jpg?platform=QnA

anonymous user, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Currently, if any Office apps are open when Intune installs the app suite, the installation might fail. The app needs to be closed when we install it is a prerequisite to add Microsoft 365 app with Intune . Here is a link for the reference:

For the solution 1 you provided, we can feedback to Microsoft Tech Community to request the new feature. Meanwhile, I will send your feedback to see if we can get this new feature in the future.

for the solution 2, I think this can be a good choice for us.

Again thanks for your sharing and have a nice day!
