Problem with "Action will reset your project, proceed anyway"

Question

I have created a vba program. Now, when I try to run it, I get a "This action will reset your project, procede anyway?"; all of my code has been selected. If I click "OK", all of my code in this particular module is deleted. I can click "Undo" and the code returns, but I am still unable to run this code. What could my problem possibly be?!
