Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hello @Jessica Johnston
Since you have already renewed your domain subscription, could you please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, expand Settings, and select Domains? Please check whether the affected domain shows a Healthy status.
If the domain is not healthy, please review your DNS records and ensure they are configured correctly. You can try removing and re-adding the domain to Microsoft 365 if appropriate.
If the domain status is healthy but you are still unable to send or receive emails, please perform the following tests:
- Send an email from your Microsoft 365 account to a personal email address and check whether you receive a bounce-back or Non-Delivery Report (NDR). If you do receive one, please share the complete error code and message.
- Send an email from your personal email account to your organization’s email address and check whether the message is successfully delivered.
- Let me know whether the issue affects all users in the organization or only specific mailboxes.
The results of these tests will help determine whether the issue is related to mail flow, DNS configuration, or the mailbox itself.
Please feel free to check and let me know the outcome. I will be happy to assist you further based on the results.
