    Good day Emmanuel,

    Thank you for your question.

If you would like to stop New Outlook from showing spelling suggestions while you write emails, please follow these steps:

Open New Outlook for Windows > Select New mail.

Select Editor on the toolbar. If you don't see it, select the three dots (...) and then choose Editor.

    Select Editor Settings.

    Turn Spelling off.

Select OK to save the change.

If Outlook is automatically replacing words as you type, you can also turn off AutoCorrect in the same Editor Settings window.

Please note that Spelling and AutoCorrect are different features. Turning off Spelling stops spelling suggestions and underlines, while turning off AutoCorrect stops Outlook from automatically changing your text.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
