On Windows 11, you can open the right-click (context) menu from the keyboard in two ways:Shift + F10: works on virtually any keyboard and in nearly all apps. It opens the context menu for whatever is selected or focused.
Menu key (also called the Application key): looks like a small menu with a cursor on it. On a standard QWERTY layout it sits between the right Alt/Windows key and the right Ctrl key. Many laptops and compact keyboards leave it out, which is why Shift + F10 is the more reliable choice.
Things to be noted:
On some laptops, F10 needs the Fn key too, so use Shift + Fn + F10.
In File Explorer, Windows 11 shows the simplified menu first. Press Shift + F10 again, or press Shift + Menu key, to get the classic full menu, or just choose “Show more options” with the arrow keys.
Use the arrow keys to move through the menu, Enter to select, and Esc to close it.
To click without a mouse in general, you can turn on Mouse Keys with Left Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock, which lets the numeric keypad move the pointer (5 clicks, and the / and - keys switch between left and right click).
