CHANGES TO MY COMPUTER WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION

I need to talk to someone about my copilot. There were changes done with my authorization and I upgraded to premium package, and I only see the package I upgrade from. what's going on?? I need to talk to a person that can take action now or at least tell me what's going on.

    You mention unauthorized changes but then your post says you authorized a premium upgrade, so I just want to make sure I completely understand what we are dealing with here before jumping to any conclusions.

    What exact changes happened on your computer that are worrying you, and exactly what app or web page are you looking at right now where it only shows the old Copilot package?
