Hi Microsoft Q&A Community, I am opening this dispute regarding a persistent Compliance Lock / Suspension loop on my primary personal Microsoft account. My credentials are completely correct: I am able to request and receive security verification codes to my recovery methods, and I can successfully change my password. However, immediately after changing the password, the system still displays the following server-level freeze block: "Account suspended: We have detected that your account has been suspended because activity associated with your account might violate our Terms of Use. If you sign in to your account you may see a message that it's been locked." Because standard automated recovery options cannot bypass a server-level policy block, I have followed the official protocol and submitted the Account Reinstatement Form. I currently have two active tracking tickets open with the Online Safety team: 1. SIR24869440 2. SIR24863114 I have not received any response or human agent interaction regarding either case, and standard front-line portals keep routing me to automated assistants. This account contains vital paid services, making this unexpected lockout highly critical. Could a forum moderator, Microsoft staff member, or Independent Advisor please internally escalate these existing SIR reference numbers directly to the Online Safety / Compliance engineering queue for manual review? Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Hello,

I need to clear this up first since you asked for a staff member. This public forum is staffed by regular users just like you, not Microsoft employees. None of us have access to internal systems to escalate those SIR tracking numbers.

The suspension loop you are stuck in means a system flag was tripped for a severe terms of service violation, so standard password resets are intentionally overridden until a human review clears the block. The only solution for this is to just wait out the queue for the Account Reinstatement forms you already submitted. The Online Safety team works through those manually.

Opening additional forms usually resets your place in the line and delays the process. Keep checking the inbox and spam folder of the alternate email you gave them for their final decision.
