A collaborative workspace app in Microsoft 365 designed to help teams co-create, stay organized, and work together in real time across apps and devices.
Hi @NIE
For now, I have not been able to find any Microsoft documentation describing a setting that enables @mention notifications in the Loop notification pane. Microsoft documentation confirms that @mentions generate email notifications. However, I could not find documentation stating that all @mentions should also appear in the Loop notification center.
You can refer via: Use Loop components in Outlook
I also checked on my side and was unable to find any clear option within the Loop app to configure or manage notification behavior for @mentions specifically.
As a workaround, you may consider using Outlook rules to help manage Loop notification emails. For example, you can create a rule that automatically moves Loop-related notifications to a dedicated folder, making them easier to track and organize. Other users facing similar challenges have suggested this approach as well.
You could also consider submitting feedback directly through Microsoft Loop (Help & feedback > Give feedback) so that the product team can better understand this scenario and consider improvements in future updates.
I hope this helps.
