User-Reported Error Explanation:

Azure Data Factory Self-Hosted Integration Runtime (SHIR) registration fails with Error 4001. The Integration Runtime service is running, and the required Microsoft.DataTransfer.DataProxyAgent.dll file exists with the correct assembly version. However, ConfigManager.exe crashes with a .NET System.FormatException in the StatusMonitor component. An earlier log also reported a FileNotFoundException for DataProxyAgent or one of its dependencies.

The issue persists after uninstalling and reinstalling the Integration Runtime. The root cause is not yet confirmed. Please investigate the application crash, dependency loading, and runtime installation compatibility to identify and resolve the registration failure.
