Azure Virtual Machines
An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.

Go to portal.azure.com → Subscriptions and check the Status.
Past due: pay under Cost Management + Billing → Invoices, or update your card under Payment methods.
Disabled (credit or spending limit ended): open the subscription and click Remove spending limit or Upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go. You’ll need a valid card.
Disabled for any other reason: go to Help + support → Create a support request → Billing → Subscription management → Reactivate a disabled subscription. This is free.
Once the status is Active, go to Virtual machines → Start.
