I am trying to Sign in To School account When I go in to sign into the Authenticator app for the school account, it’s asking me to verify with the code, but I am unable to verify the code, cause I’m trying to sign in on the Authenticator app, and I have no other way of trying to verify the account other than using the code that the Authenticator app provides when you’re trying to sign in.

    Hi @(Student) Mendez-Marmolejo, Melisa

Looks like you are experiencing a circular MFA situation where the account is asking for a verification code from Microsoft Authenticator, but you cannot access the account in Authenticator because signing in to the app itself requires that same verification code.

Since this is a school account, you could consider contacting your school's Microsoft 365 administrator or IT help desk and asking them to reset your MFA methods or require re-registration of Microsoft Authenticator for your account. Once they reset the authentication methods, you should be able to set up Authenticator again using a new QR code. They can refer to this article for managing and revoking MFA methods: Manage user authentication options

In case you do not know who your IT administrator is, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

    I hope this helps.
