Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile used to register for AI-102, then open Credentials → Certifications to access the certificate and Transcript to save the completion record as a PDF.
Download the AI-102 certificate
- Open your Credentials page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
- Select Certifications.
- Find Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, then select View certification details.
- Use the available certificate download option. If no Download control appears, open the certificate, select Print, choose Save as PDF, and disable browser headers and footers if needed. ^1^
A certificate is issued only after all exams required for the certification have been passed. ^2^
Download the transcript
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
- Select your profile picture → Profile.
- Select Transcript.
- Select Print, then choose Save to PDF from the printer list. You can also select Share link to generate a verifiable online transcript link. ^3^
The transcript includes passed exams as well as active certifications, Applied Skills credentials, and completed training modules. ^4^
If AI-102 is missing
Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab. If more than 24 hours have passed and the result is still absent, submit a Credentials Support request. ^5^
- Open Credentials Support.
- Start an online support request.
- Select:
- Product family: Learning
- Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
- Type of Support: Professional No Charge
- Contact method: Email
- Include your Learn username, exam date, exam provider, and a screenshot showing the passed result or missing credential. Provide any legitimate exam-registration or existing support-case reference only through the private support form—not in a public post. Credentials Support is provided by email. ^6^
Also verify that you signed in with the same Microsoft Learn account used when scheduling the exam. If the exam appears under a different Learn profile, describe that account mismatch in the support request rather than creating duplicate cases.
