Cambio de nombre en certificado

Question

Rendí el examen de certificación DA-100, mismo que aprobé, puede ser posible cambiar el nombre al certificado y que en lugar de tener: Primer Nombre + Inicial Segundo Nombre + Apellido, tenga Primer Nombre + Apellido.
