For emailing the same people at once, create a contact group in Outlook.

  1. In Outlook, go to People on the navigation bar.
  2. Select Home > New Contact Group.
  3. Enter a name for the group.
  4. Select Contact Group > Add Members.
  5. Choose one of these sources:
    • From Outlook Contacts
    • From Address Book
    • New E-mail Contact
  6. Add the people, then select OK.
  7. Select Save & Close.

To send to that group:

  1. Select Home > New Email.
  2. Select To.
  3. Type the contact group name in the search box.
  4. Double-click the group name to add it to the To box.
  5. Select OK, write the message, and send it.

If using a work or school Microsoft 365 account and a shared collaboration space is needed, a Microsoft 365 Group can also be created in Outlook. That option includes shared conversations, files, and a calendar.
