Upload HLK log package found "Your package must have a signature that matches one of the certificates associated with your Hardware Dev Center account"

Hardware Program - Ingrasys 1

While trying to submit a new hardware, and try to upload the HLK log file (*.hlkx)

Found below information popped up "Your package must have a signature that matches one of the certificates associated with your Hardware Dev Center account"

Have already uploaded a valid Certificate for the account.
