As per internal discussion it looks like issue with Try It functionality as it's just trial or a mock execution to get a feel of the API parameters and the syntax. It is not to be used on a live environment simply because you won't be able to manage the parameters properly on a documentation page.
The correct method of using the Purview APIs is documented here
Additionally, I strongly suggest using this tool : https://aka.ms/Purview-API-PS which has been built for running APIs on the live Azure environment. It makes life a whole lot easier for API users.
