Hi Norm,
Usually, when a Visio Plan 2 subscription is purchased through Microsoft's business licensing platform, it is associated with a Microsoft 365 work account, which ends with an onmicrosoft.com domain.
Please check your email for any Microsoft billing, renewal, or purchase confirmation messages to identify the Microsoft 365 account associated with your Visio Plan 2 subscription.
Once you've identified the account, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and navigate to Billing > Your products
There, you should be able to locate your Visio Plan 2 subscription and review its renewal details.
If you're already signed in to the Admin Center but cannot find the subscription, please first confirm that you're using the correct account associated with the Visio Plan 2 license. If the subscription still does not appear, you can contact Microsoft Support directly from your tenant by submitting a support request using the following steps:
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using a Global Administrator account or another administrator account authorized to create support requests.
Select Help & support from the navigation menu.
Turn off the Support Assistant toggle at the top of the support pane.
Enter a brief description of the issue, such as "OneDrive storage quota unexpectedly reduced to 10 GB".
Choose the "Contact support".
Follow the prompts to create a new service request and select the preferred contact method.
I hope this helps move the case forward. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post.
