when i open outlook and click word so i can use word, im just in a forever loading page and it never opens. my own laptop and my work pc

    Is the Word you are referring to the one located in the Outlook sidebar? See the image below:User's image

    This icon does not open the desktop version of Word; instead, it opens Word for the web within Outlook.

    To help you further, I need to know exactly what you meant by "when I open Outlook and click Word so I can use Word." You are welcome to send me screenshots, but please make sure to remove any personal information.
