New Microsoft 365 subscription

I bought a computer 2 weeks ago and a subscription to Microsoft 365. I had to take the computer back because it was a lemon and I now have a different computer and want to get my subscription on this computer. How do I do this? When I tried to use the product key code again, it told me it was already used, but I don't have that computer anymore.

    Once you redeem a product key, the license is permanently linked to the Microsoft account you used to redeem it. That account will hold your license, so you no longer need the product key.

    Sign in to that Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Can you find your Microsoft 365 subscription there, and does it show as active?
