Azure Developer Associate certification expires

Hi Microsoft Certification Support,

My Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification expires on November 4, 2026. However, I’m unable to access the renewal assessment and receive the message: “Sorry, this renewal is not accessible at this time.”

Could you please help me check my renewal eligibility?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification retired on July 31, 2026, so it can no longer be renewed. The new replacement certification is Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate (AI-200). You will need to pass AI-200 exam in order to earn it.
