Schedule the retake

1. Open the AB-731 certification page.
2. Scroll to Take the exam, then select the Pearson VUE scheduling option. This is the exam page identified for scheduling AB-731.^2^
3. Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account associated with your previous exam and Microsoft Learn profile.
4. Verify that the legal name in your Learn profile matches your government-issued identification.
5. Complete the contact-information form and select Submit to transfer to Pearson VUE.
6. Choose:
   • Online proctored or test-center delivery
   • Exam language
   • Available date and time

Retake restrictions

• After the first failed attempt: wait 24 hours.
• After subsequent failed attempts: wait 14 days between attempts.
• Maximum: five attempts within 12 months of the first attempt.

If scheduling is unavailable
