Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to complete the modules, refresh the learning path, and allow up to 24 hours for Microsoft Learn progress to synchronize.
Check the completion record
- Select your profile picture on Microsoft Learn and confirm the signed-in account is the one used yesterday. Progress can appear missing when a different personal, work, or school account is active.
- Open the Draft, analyze, and present with Microsoft Copilot learning path while signed in. It currently contains seven modules.^1^
- Open each previously completed module and check whether its units and assessment still show as completed.
- Refresh the page after several seconds. Microsoft’s troubleshooting guidance notes that progress may not register immediately.^2^
- If the correct account is active but the status remains missing, wait up to 24 hours. A matching Microsoft Learn completion case indicates that progress and badges can require that long to propagate.^3^
Distinguish a sync problem from updated content
The current path lists these modules:
- Get ready to work with Microsoft Copilot
- Unlock productivity and unleash creativity with AI powered chat
- Build effective presentations with AI
- Draft impactful documents using AI
- Make your meetings more productive with AI
- Uncover new data insights with AI
- From inbox to impact: Improve your email workflows with AI
If your completed module names differ, the learning path content may have been revised. Previously completed material does not necessarily correspond to every module in the current path. If the same five modules are present but have simply lost their completion marks, that points instead to profile/progress tracking.
If progress is still missing after 24 hours
Use Report feedback for training at the bottom of one of the affected module units. Include:
- The learning-path name and URL
- Names of the five affected modules
- Approximate completion dates
- Your Microsoft Learn profile username
- Screenshots showing the earlier or current status, if available
This reporting channel is one-way: the training team reviews submissions but does not respond directly.^2^
