Nh_Remote_App_Launcher flight, and the same SessionEndedOnResync windowCount=0

AVD application doesn't launch through the browser "your session ended while you were disconnected" but it launches after an error message. It impacts only the web browser and applications not to Windows App and published desktop

    In-cognito mode shows the same error, and it doesn't belong to the old Remote Desktop web client. Below mentioned is the updated windows cloud web url:

    https://windows.cloud.microsoft/
