Convert a VBA code to a Script

Hi guys,

I am new with Scripts, any help is appreciated.
I have a VBA code that works in an excel file but not in a shared file. So I am trying to convert the functions of the VBA code to a script but it keeps showing error.
This is the VBA code:

To get an idea of what APIs you may need to use in order to convert a VBA solution to an Office Script I might start by trying to record the actions you need to take. Then you can open the editor and see which APIs you might need to call. This documentation provides some instructions on where to find the functionality.
