Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link and check if there is an active subscription linked to any of oyur Microsoft accounts.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you find an active subscription, click the Manage button beside the subscription, from there, you can cancel the subscription to get a pro-rata refund, and also ensure you disable the Recurring billing on the subscription to avoid any further charges on the subscription.

If you are unable to find an active subscription on any Microsoft account you may have, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services using the same Microsoft account that purchased the subscription.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel. In some cases, the option appears as Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete cancellation.

What to check if it looks like it was already canceled:

    • If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage or Cancel, the subscription is already set to expire and there should be no further automatic charge after the date shown.
    • If the charge happened after cancellation, one common reason is canceling too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.
    • Check the subscription end date on Services & subscriptions.
    • If the charge is not recognized, investigate it from the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard.
    • If the subscription was bought through Apple, Google Play, or another retailer, cancellation and billing must be handled with that provider directly.

If eligible, refund eligibility is shown automatically during the cancellation process.
