    Hello @Vijay Galgali ,

Good day! I hope you are doing well.

To help provide the most accurate and effective solution, could you please share a bit more information about your setup and the issue you're experiencing?

    • Are all participants unable to hear you clearly, or only specific attendees?
    • How would you describe the audio issue? For example:
      • Low volume
      • Distorted or robotic sound
      • Choppy/intermittent audio
      • Complete audio dropouts
      • Echo or background noise
    • Are you and the team members using the Teams desktop app, Teams on the web, or the mobile app?
    • What operating system are you and the team members using (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android)?
    • Are you using a built-in microphone, wired headset, USB headset, or Bluetooth device? If you change the audio device, does the issue persist?
    • Have you tested your microphone using Teams > Settings > Devices > Make a test call? If so, was the playback clear?

    • Does the issue occur in every Teams meeting or only specific meetings?
    • Have you recently made any changes to your device, audio drivers, headset, or Teams application?
    • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? If yes, please let me know the steps you took and the results.

This additional context will help better understand your environment and identify whether the issue may be related to the microphone, device configuration, Teams client, or network conditions.

Looking forward to your response so we can get this sorted out together.

    Kind regards.
