Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
I'm sorry about the runaround, Jim Mendoza.
You shouldn't have to fight just to reach a person, especially when you're setting up subscriptions. I know this is urgent, so just a quick reminder: Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user forum, so we can't directly connect you to an agent or set up payments from here. Now, below is how you normally reach Microsoft Support:
- Sign in with your account at Contact Us - Microsoft Support
- Enter / choose an issue > click Get Help to make a request
- Scroll down > click Ask our Support Assistant and follow guidance
- If the issue persists, specifically state in the chat box that you need direct help.
- The Contact Support button should appear > click it > select the chat in browser option.
Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you. If you don't see chat option, choose another category and ask to escalate.
You can also mention your age and that you're a senior citizen to the Support Assistant, as those factors can matter to the urgency of your request. In addition, since your issue involve games, you can also go straight to Xbox Support and select Start a chat. The process would be similar as above, simply requesting to talk to an agent.
I wish I could help more directly, but payment-related issues often involve sensitive privacy information. This is just a community platform, we do not have access to such personal account data to proceed further. I hope you get this sorted quickly.
