You are using all unsupported versions here. Both for Windows 10 and ConfigMgr. Also, you should not be carrying out any SU admin work using WSUS. As for your actual issue, you should look at upgrading your CB to a supported version first and then perform in-place upgrade to service your Windows 10 devices to a supported version there after. Then push the necessary patches. That is the correct and logical path. No point in trying to put a bandaid on the situation.
Update Push issue in below 1803 (i.e 1703 Version) in SCCM

Hi
I tired to push update in the Window 10 PC Version 1703 using SCCM version 2004. But latest updates for 1703 are not showing as required in SCCM where we are having more then 200 PC with version 1703.
Now the current scenerio is that the updates is possible in only the version after 1803. I tried to push through WSUS as well but coz of superseding all the updates are blocked and its not shown in the "Needed section" of WSUS result.We have disabled the dual scan as well.
What may be the possible solution for this issue? Please suggest.
