This message indicates an account-level security restriction. It cannot be removed through Microsoft Q&A or by changing a portal setting; Azure Support must review and re-enable the account.

If you can still access the Azure portal:

    • Select the ? in the portal’s top navigation bar.
    • Describe the account-disabled or suspicious-activity issue.
    • If the suggested solutions do not resolve it, select Create a support request.
    • Choose the affected subscription and the closest Subscription management / Account problem type.
    • Include the exact error, when it first appeared, and the affected tenant and subscription details. Provide identifiers only inside the private support request, not on this public forum.

Azure provides support for subscription-management issues without requiring a paid technical support plan. The person creating the request must normally have the Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor role on the subscription. Account-specific changes may also require the billing administrator.

If the disabled account cannot reach the portal, ask another authorized owner or billing administrator for the affected subscription to create the request. You can also start from the official Azure support ticket page:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/support/create-ticket/

Microsoft’s instructions for creating a support request are here:
