  1. You signed out of the Store
    • The Store can work without being signed in.
    • Some history information, app ownership info, and synchronization may disappear.
    • This is normal behavior.
  2. Store cache got refreshed
    • Sometimes after signing out, resetting the Store, or a major update, the update history temporarily appears empty even though the apps are still installed.
  3. 26H2 bug
    • Since you're on a very new 26H2 build, it's possible there's a regression affecting Store history display.
    • The key question is whether downloads and updates still work. OS Build 26300.971 butis26300.9550
    • 26300.971ms store problems after KB5127648 date 24october 2026

    Hello Magas,

Could you clarify exactly what is no longer working in Microsoft Store?

    Please provide:

    • A screenshot showing the problem
    • The exact OS build shown by winver
    • The Windows Insider channel under Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program
    • Whether Microsoft Store can still download and update apps
    • Whether signing back into Microsoft Store restores the missing information
    • What happened immediately before the issue started

Build 26300.9550 corresponds to KB5124010, but Microsoft does not currently list missing Store history as a known issue for that update. Without the exact symptom and current build, it would be premature to conclude that this is a Windows 11 26H2 bug.
