Got blocked from inviting external users

I created a a tenant for tests for a university project but after adding the university mails and realising they couldnt be used due to already having another domain i deleted them, after that i started adding regular google emails, after adding some it stopped letting me add more so i sustect the tenant got blocked and have no idea how to proced from here.

Hi Simão,

Could you share the exact error message and error code you receive when inviting a new guest? Please redact email addresses, tenant IDs, and any other personal information.

Does the issue affect all new invitations, or only specific recipients? Also, are you inviting these users as guests through Microsoft Entra ID, or creating new user accounts in your directory?

But I tried adding with both a global admin account and the account that created the tenant, while searching i found out that since i had invited quite a bit of accounts (its a 7 person project so 7 university accounts + 4 gmail that worked) due to my initial mistake of adding the university accounts, it might've been flagged as suspicious activity, i tried to send the invite to 2 different emails and both failed with the same error but the ones before all worked, invited by the same account.
