It sounds as though you have had the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on a previous phone, then have got a new phone and installed the Microsoft Authenticator app on that phone. Now it is asking you for a code from the other Microsoft Authenticator app on the previous phone to verify your account on the new app.
So I can try and help you, please can you answer the following questions:
- Have you got the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your old phone still with all of your accounts?
- Is this a Microsoft personal account or a work/school account?
- If it is a work/school account, is there any other administrator for your tenant?
Depending on the answers, will depend on what I can suggest that will help you get back onto your account.
