Missing files/projects in Copilot

Question

After the Copilot update that replaced Projects with Notebooks, nearly all of my Copilot Projects disappeared. Only one project remains, but I had many long-running project threads containing months of important work. I see the same missing content and/or loading errors in Copilot on the web and in the Windows app. I need the engineering team to investigate and restore access to those project conversations, not just export files. FYI I can see the files on my Iphone app but not in my desktop which is where I work.
