Microsoft for Startups verification failed, Program Support unavailable in Preview portal

Question

Feedsoft, Inc. is a legally incorporated Texas C Corporation. On October 23, 2026, we received an email stating that our request for additional Microsoft for Startups credits was denied because Microsoft could not verify our business information.

Our Azure startup dashboard currently shows $200 of $150,000 in potential credits unlocked.

I attempted the documented support process, but:

The "Your Microsoft Team" and "Get program support" options are missing from our Preview portal.

The official Microsoft for Startups support link redirects to the same dashboard.

Azure Help + Support routes me through generic subscription troubleshooting without providing a clear business verification appeal process.

I have official incorporation records, IRS tax registration documents, and other supporting evidence ready to submit.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate our existing application to the Microsoft for Startups Business Verification team for manual review, or provide a secure method to submit our documents?

I would prefer not to create a duplicate application or jeopardize our existing Azure credits.
