Configure Azure Edge CDN to use Authorization header

We have a use case where the proxy server we are using requires authentication. This is an Azure AD app proxy server. Our Azure CDN Edge configuration does not appear to be able to pass an authorization token to the Azure AD App Proxy Server. Is there something that we are missing in the configuration?

The Azure AD App Proxy is the proxy server that provides the custom origin content for the CDN.

@Gainey, Joe , As of now these are the HTTP headers supported in Azure CDN, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/frontdoor/front-door-http-headers-protocol#front-door-to-backend.
