how to add chart error bar custom (VBA)

Question

I try but I can't did it (T^T) I'm new about VBA I never lern VBA before

• Data I use (data changing all time) when I run macro
  positive value of the bar = O5:O & count
  negative value of the bar = P5:P & count

My graph = "Graph L" SeriesCollection(2)

please help me! thank you very much
