I can not set up an application 'Tera Term' for a Linux Acesss

Hi,
For my class project, I'd like to set a software Tera Term for accessing to school linux server.
But My laptop couldn't do that with this message.
"Setup was unable to create the directory "C:\Users\ysjan\OneDrive\????".
Error 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
So I turned off my One Drive connection, and also changed save path to a local directory under C:.
But still I have this problem.
