I have microsoft 365 family subscription but can't seem to set up or make microsoft office defender work. Tried all the usual steps of resetting etc. Can you help?

    I tried everything you said above - uninstalled it, installed it and still can't get to open it. Always keeps on going to the window saying set up a microsoft 365 account, even though I have it already
