move azure subscriptions to a different tenant

dears,

i have a subscription running in west europe with some resources ( devops, azure sql, azure web app..) under PAYG model and i want to move it to a new tenant different directory under CSP in asia region.

i was checking that the best way to do it is to invite a guest user from the source to the destination and then change the directory to have both subscriptions under the same directory and then move the resources between the subscriptions.

questions 1: can you advise is the above is the right approach to follow?

question 2: regarding the resources i can see that azure sql and web app are supported however for devops just the pipeline is supported to be moved between subscriptions. what if i have other modules under devops?

You are correct, first you need to transfer an Azure subscription to a different Azure AD directory(Tenant) and then move the resources to different region.
