I currently subscribe to Microsoft 365 Family at £104.99 per year, renewing on 1 November 2026.

I don't use or need Microsoft Copilot features, as I use other AI services.

I would like to know whether I can switch to Microsoft 365 Family Classic at the lower annual price of £79.99 while retaining my existing Office applications and OneDrive storage.

The Switch plan option in my account only offers annual and monthly Family subscriptions.

Can you help me move to the cheaper Classic subscription please?

    Hello

    Unfortunately, the answer is no.

    The classic plan was a limited-time offer in 2025 to allow existing users to opt into that and stay on that as long as they don't change the plan or cancel the plan. The window to switch to it has closed since.
