account is temporarily locked - student icon account (how long do i have to wait before trying again?)

i have a student account so i can't reset my password without my admin. however, i already know what the previous password is after my various attempts at resetting it. unfortunately, it has already resulted in my account being temporarily locked. so i just wanted to know how long this wait might be, considering i have school tomorrow.

Hi @Megan Tan that depends on the setting made by your school.

by default the lockout threshold is (number of invalid logins) 10
and the lockout duration 60 seconds.

you can ask the support desk of your school.
