Unable to open Active Directory Certificate Service Page

Hi,

I have recently installed and configured Standalone CA (Windows Certificate Server) and trying to generate a certificate as per CSR so when I type https://10.11.x.x/certsrv the page (To open "Active Directory Certificate Service") is not displaying error occurred however the CA MMC is working fine.

I also tried to open from local machine but get the same response

https://localhost/certsrv

Please correct me if i am doing something wrong?
