Microsoft authenticator account removal

Question

I have four accounts with securetrust. I have enabled auth via authenticator. So while adding each account it replaced already created accounts for secure trust in authenticator. Finally I tried to login it was not working. My auth code was not working. I deleted that one secure trust account from authenticator but secure trust was asking for auth code. I can't see any secure trust account in authenticator. Secure trust asked to contact authenticator support. How to resolve and disable 2 factor auth on my all 4 secure trust accounts
