Issue: Call participants in two different sessions for the same conference ID

Hello,

We had an interesting issue today during a Skype For Business meeting with more than 70 participants. We had all the same invitation, all the same conference ID but about 20 participants were in another session, not able to see/hear the main speaker.

Some of the user in the "wrong" session leaved it, tried to join again but were again in the wrong session.

We checked the meeting URL (https://meet.lync.com/company_name/username/identifier) and the conference ID between all participants, they are identical.

Does anyone knows this issue ?

    Hi!

    Do you mean you schedule two meetings with the same conference ID?

    Can the meeting organizer see all meeting attendees (including the users who met the issue) in the meeting?

    In this case, we recommend you try to reset your conference ID for your meeting and then invite the user again to see if it can be fixed. For more details about how to reset conference ID, please refer to:
