Hello,

I passed Exam AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions on October 19, 2026. I also hold the prerequisite certification Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), earned on March 23, 2022 and active until March 24, 2027.

The AZ-400 exam shows as passed in my Microsoft Learn profile, but the Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification has not been awarded.

I have attached screenshots of my exam history and current certifications.

I also couldn't create a support ticket at https://aka.ms/credentials-support as I get "No Access" on the engage center.

Did you use to hold the DevOps Engineer Expert certification and it expired? If so, you need to carry on trying to contact Credentials Support as they will need to initiate action. There is no alternative pathway.
