Shared folder issue

hello

I have a shared folder in the server, \db1\home\Folders, the problem : All users can see the folders in the \Home folder except for one user who can't, I give this only user full permission in \Home(main Shared folder) and in subfolders but still when try to access \Home but still showing this folder is empty.
