I have an issue wherein I created an Azure subscription using my college email account a few months back. Now, when I try to cancel the subscription, it states I am unable to for the following reason - "UNAUTHORIZED. Insufficient privilege to see the billing data."
I've even contacted my college's IT dept to see if they can cancel it for me or escalate my rights, but they state they have no role whatsoever in the management of Azure for students.
I am being charged monthly for this subscription with no clear way to cancel - is there anything else I can do? Is it somehow possible to contact Microsoft directly for support? I tried to submit a support ticket but I don't have rights to do that either...
