Xamarin.IOS 15.0.0.8 and Xcode 12.5.1?

Should this work straight away or are there any major issues I should be concerned with?

    It should work current versions of XCode. In general Apple's latest is recommended, but 12.5.1 should be fine.

    The major one for this release is that release notes are still not ready
